Problems with your membership
You can admin, cancel, or get all the info of your membership on the site of our credit card billing processor:

If any problems occur with that,
Contact us providing your Email or Login to the members area and we will cancel your membership within the next working day.
- After your payment, an Email has been sent to you from our billing processor.

Login and password are case sensitive => Use the exact info you got in your Email
- If you cannot find this Email, maybe have a look in your spam folder.
- If you really don't find this Email,
Contact us providing us the Email you used to sign up, we will send you the info within the next working day.
- To download the videos, right-click on the video links and choose "Save target as..." (depending on the browser you are using).
- If your player is unable to read the videos, use VLC player. It is a good player that can read any format and it's free.
