You can directly cancel your membership on the site of the processor: EPOCH
If any problems occur with that, Contact us providing your Email or Login to the members area and we will cancel your membership within the next working day.

- After your payment, an Email has been sent to you from our billing processor.
- Login and password are case sensitive => Use the exact info you got in your Email
- If you cannot find this Email, maybe have a look in your spam folder.
- If you really don't find this Email, Contact us providing us the Email you used to sign up, we will send you the info within the next working day.
