Problems with your membership
You can admin, cancel or get all the info of your membership on the site of our credit card billing processor :
Click on the link corresponding to your billing info (Usually Epoch)

You can directly cancel your membership on the site of the processor :

INTERACHAT
If any problems occurs with that
Contact us Providing your Email or Login to the members area and we will cancel your membership within the next working day
- After your paiment an Email has been sent to you from our billing processor.

Login and password are case sensitive => Use the exact info you got in your Email
- If you cannot find this Email , maybe have a look in your spam folder
- If really you don't find this Email

- To download the videos , right click on the videos links and choose save target as... (depending on the browser you are using ).
- If your player is unable to read the videos , Use VLC player, it is a good player that can read any format and it's free
Problems with Allopass
Unfortunatly there's nothing we can do about this, you have to contact allopass, and ask them why your code is wrong, and ask them for a valid code
